Covid Safety Plan

COVID Safety Plan

Our top priority is the safety of our clients, team, and community. We will adapt procedures when best practices are updated and as the number of positive covid cases in our region changes. Thank you for your participation, patience, and support.

Stamp Paints Protocols

  1. If anyone on our team has a positive test result during or just after our time on your job site, we will tell you. We will follow all HIPAA guidelines and allow employees to return to work per Monroe County Department of Health (MCDH) Guidelines.

  2. Mask wearing is at the discretion of our individual team members, unless masks are requested by the client or the team member must wear a mask per MCDH guidelines.

  3. We will run a portable air purifier with a medical grade H13 True HEPA Filter while working indoors. The unit will be cleaned and the filter will be replaced per EPA suggested and product manual guidelines.

  4. We will keep an alcohol-based hand sanitizer accessible while in your home.

  5. In an effort to limit our contact with others, we will continue to mostly offer virtual estimates for interior paint jobs.

  6. If we feel uncomfortable on a job site due to perceived Covid-19 symptoms in ourselves or others in the home, we will prioritize public health and postpone work.

Our Requests of Clients

  1. Please ensure that your HVAC filters are replaced regularly as directed by your manual or at least replaced two days prior to the painting start date.

  2. Please disinfect frequently used door handles on a daily basis.

  3. Please refrain from handling or moving our team’s tools, equipment, or cans of paint. If something needs to be relocated, please ask one of our team members to move it. All paints will be wiped down, labeled, and left in an area designated by you on the last day of the job.

  4. Whenever possible, please increase ventilation using outdoor air (e.g. open windows/doors).

  5. If anyone in your home is exhibiting possible Covid-19 symptoms, please wear a mask when within six feet of our team.

  6. If anyone in your home gets a positive Covid test result or is exposed to someone with Covid, please let us know.

  7. Please let us know if you are not able or willing to comply with any of our requests or if you have an alternative suggestion or additional request.

You will not lose your holding fee if you decide to postpone work, even if we are part-way through a job. We would rather complete a job for you at a later date than risk the spread of Covid-19 or be the cause of anxiety or great inconvenience for you and your family. Please feel free to contact us at any time to troubleshoot issues and express concern.

Thank you for your continued support of our family business!
